“I've stayed at lots of Hamptons and this is one of the best. Every time I came through the front door, someone was cleaning something. I got the sense that this one is family owned based on the staffing and the attentive customer service. It's a new hotel which is always nice, and you can see their thoughtful selections, like the outlet in the bathroom that includes a nite light. “L’hotel è entrato a far parte del National Register of Historic Places nel 2007. Molto bello e ben mantenuto. Camera spaziosa con due queen beds, il bagno piccolino. Non ha coffee maker ma caffè e acqua calda sono disponibili accanto alla reception e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Non ha ascensore. La connessione internet è debole, non tutte le camere riescono a usufruirne. L’hotel ha comunque molto charme e sono molto contenta di avervi soggiornato.”

“I stay at this hotel often, when I checked in on May 26th, the person that checked me in commented on how many times I stay there! I felt very uncomfortable, I think that my business I pay my bill and never make a fuss, I was book to stay last night but I didn't go, felt to uncomfortable! Love the place, and the staff, hopefully I can stay there again soon!!”

“Very difficult to get to. Must drive thru shopping mall parking lot or a back alley. Parking was very limited. Had to park along grassy edge of lot because they ran out of parking in the very small lot.”

“Hot breakfast was good. Staff good to give extra pillows and blanket. Room was clean. Needed more usb ports.”

“The only problem was that the elevator didn’t work and we were on the 4th floor. Also, the first room on the 3rd they gave us had a bad odor, but they did move our room to the 4th floor.”

“Ci siamo fermati una notte di passaggio fra Niagara e Washington, l'albergo completamente rinnovato, camere comode e ben pulite e ottima colazione ben presentata. La posizione è perfetta vicinissima all'autostrada. Personale gentile ed efficiente. Lo consiglio ”

“Rooms could have been cleaner. Marks on walls, hair in bathtub, wood panels were dusty. Room key had to be reset 4 times and lastly jumped for us to get in our room after the first night. Noise was an issue in hallway at night. Could hear everything. Not a horrible experience but definitely room for improvement”
